What differentiates our program from the others is that we are a local construction company, building houses in your area. The others do not build houses and only offer consultation. This means if you were to run into problems during the construction phase of your home, we have the means and resources to jump in and help. It also means if you decide that you no longer want to fully control your project we have the ability to finish the job for you.

Keep in mind that our Owner-Builder program is not for everyone. You must be hands on and willing to control the building process. You will be the General Contractor and have the responsibilities of a General Contractor.
